All articles that appear in the journal The Malopolska School of Economics in Tarnow Research Papers Collection, as well as the full issues of the quarterly are made available free of charge and without technical restrictions in the Open Access mode on the basis of Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivative 4.0 International Public License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). The release version is the final one.

Copyright

On the basis of an publishing contract the Author transfers to the Publisher on an exclusive basis copyrights to the work in the scope of exclusive multiple publication of the work, as well as the use of the work in all fields of exploitation specified in the contract, including in particular:

• recording and reproduction of the work in print;
• publication of the work in electronic form on the Publisher’s website;
• public sharing (dissemination) of the work in such a way that anybody can have access to the work or a fragment thereof at a place and time chosen by them, in particular by sending the work via the Internet and Intranet and other ICT networks, including also online;
• placing and consenting to the work being placed in open institutional repositories of universities and other scientific institutions kept in electronic form on their websites.

Self Archiving

The Editorial Board consent to the archiving of published articles on the Authors private websites and individual accounts in institutional repositories. It applies only to the final versions of the articles. While publishing on other sites  Authors are required to provide detailed bibliographic information, in particular the title of the journal The Malopolska School of Economics in Tarnow Research Papers Collection.
