Abstract

The article presented here shows current tendencies of many companies such as marketing of transactions and marketing based on partnership among others. Such ideas are known by many companies, which have been running their activities abroad for many years. They allow for new relations and strengthening loyalty of a purchaser. This paper presents so called „customer's loyalty ladder" and the tendencies of performing business activities according to the marketing based on partnership in the age of globalization.
