In the collection of articles that make up this issue of The Małopolska School of Economics in Tarnów Research Papers Collection, being the effect of scientific works conducted within the framework of basic and implementation research, in various academic centres, one can find a lot of cognitively interesting and applicable information. The Research Papers are focused on contemporary issues, with particular attention to the problem of product and organizational innovations and changes in the organization’s environment. In particular, the dimensions of diffusion of innovation were presented in relation to the latest payment technologies on the Polish market, start-up as a new organizational form oriented towards innovative solutions in the area of human life quality, innovative processes of shaping the capital structure of Polish enterprises and organizational commitment of employees. An innovative tourist product, i.e. a new tourist route “Lesser Poland Village Fragrant with Herbs” (“Małopolska Wieś Pachnąca Ziołami”), which includes natural values, cultural and gastronomic attractions, is also worth mentioning.
